Reputable windows’ company is looking for office admin with customer service experience, MS Office knowledge and advanced English.

Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of receiving, quality control and shipping practices;
  • Coordinating and controlling the process of unloading containers;
  • Confirm inventories ready for installations and make schedules;
  • Contacts carrier representative(s) to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials;
  • Preparing documentation for receiving of goods;
  • Verify counts to customer orders, transfers and packing lists and notify the Manager of any inconsistencies;
  • Schedule installations with customers;
  • Inventory control – cycle count;
  • Process payments and full forms and reports;
  • Answer phone and electronic inquiries;
