The available room is unfurnished and part of a 6 bedroom unit on the top floor of the building, however during the summer months only 3 rooms are occupied. Other roommates are University of Ottawa students. The unit features a balcony and 2.5 baths, two full with showers and one half bath which contains the washer and dryer. The building is relatively new with modern finishes and appliances in the unit.

The room is ideal for students as the University of Ottawa is only a 5 minute walk from the place.

Rent is $779 a month plus hydro and internet, I am available to pro-rate rent for the month of May as the room is available immediately.
